Mel's Gingerbread Recipe

This was my Nan’s recipe, passed on to my Mum and then down to me. A super easy all in one method which means you can have it in the oven, in no time at all, and still have plenty of time to sew!
6oz Butter or Marg
6oz Black Treacle
6oz Golden Syrup
6oz Soft Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
½ pint Milk
15oz Plain Flour
1 ½ tsp Bicarbonate Soda
3 tsp Ground Ginger
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
Method
Measure out all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Beat together until smooth.
Bake in a lined, square, 10 inch, baking tin at 150c for approximately one hour.
