We are confident you will love what you have bought from Dandelion Designs but if not here is our returns policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return something to us please call us on 01323845297, email at mandy@dandeliondesigns.co.uk or use our contact form and we will discuss the best process to go about returning the goods and processing the refund (if applicable).
