A beautiful sampler quilt with an amazing story intertwined amongst its blocks. Harriet Tubman was a young girl who escaped slavery , returned to save her family and friends and eventually became a nurse and scout for the union army.

This generous kit contains fabric from the New Hope collection by Jo Morton, for Moda. Ten and a half meters of various lights, medium and darks including the sashing, borders and binding (no backing or wadding) and of course the 55 page pattern with full size templates, instructions and diagrams. All fabrics have been hand picked by Mandy and represent the colours of the civil war.

Please note the quilt on the front of the pattern is a different colourway to the Moda New Hope fabric (please see photo to see actual colours in kit).
