A brand new design from Mandy for Summer 2020. This hanging heart was inspired by her very own pots of flowers bringing her joy as they come to life!

As usual the Iron-on transfer is included, which can be used up to six times depending on the fabric used.

  • Size: approx 6 x 7 inches

  • The pattern includes instructions and the all important full-sized reusable iron on transfer which means you can make up to between 5-6 hearts from this one pattern!
