This lovely patchwork quilt is made using a foundation piecing technique. It is sewn together in rows so it's very easy to enlarge or reduce in size. There is a blank template enclosed for you to have a go at designing your own block to make the quilt more personal. This quilt is the ideal project for using up all your fabric scraps. It's also possible to make it using a layer cake adding only a couple of extra fat quarters. The background can be all the same light colour or a calico fabric.
